She has supported funded projects in the double-digit millions and guides companies from the first funding strategy through the application to implementation and final accounting. Her focus is on research, development, digitalisation and investment projects, and on financing technological innovation strategically. She works with funding instruments such as ZIM, KMU-innovativ and the German research allowance, as well as regional and European innovation and investment programmes.
At NexPatch, Andrea combines funding expertise with financial strategy and business planning. Her focus is on structuring AI and digitalisation projects so that technological development, economic viability and the right funding options are thought through together from the start.
