NexPatch's AI project references and case studies show, in concrete terms, how customer projects in private AI infrastructure, AI agents, and Orpheon actually play out in day-to-day operations. Named customer references with a concrete result figure are currently being finalized with the respective customers and will appear on this page once approvals are in place. Until then, one example shows the structure these references will follow.
What will stand here
Every reference gets the same structure: the starting position in the customer's own numbers, the approach with phases and duration, the result as a before-and-after, an approved quote. The same structure for every industry, so you can put two projects side by side without first working out two formats. What that looks like is in the manufacturing model calculation. It is marked as a model calculation and stays that way until a customer releases their real numbers.
Why nothing is here yet
Several projects are finished and the agreement on figures and quotes is under way. What we want to publish is operating data and internal metrics, and that is not our marketing department's call but that of our customer's legal team, works council or management. That round regularly takes longer than the project itself, and it is not in our hands.
We could shorten it by quoting figures without names. We don't. A figure nobody confirms is not a reference, it is a claim.
What you can get today
In a first call we'll place your project against ongoing and completed work, including the projects not listed here yet. That is no substitute for a documented reference, but it answers whether anyone has seen your company size and your industry before.
