Private AI infrastructure for companies in DACH.
We build language models and AI agents inside our customers' own environment - their own data centre, or a named zone. There is no billing per request, and your data never leaves your network. We put the systems into production, and we keep operating them once the project is over.
Three commitments carry the system from the start: a first internal pilot in 72 hours, the productive rollout in 4 to 10 weeks, and an exit that is written into the contract, because the models, the data and the configuration belong to you and stay in the house.
An operating system is more than a model. It is the environment in which models, agents and your own systems work together, with access rights, audit logs and someone who is accountable for keeping it running. That is what we deliver, in this order: first the pilot your team actually uses after three days, then the rollout with a firm date set after the assessment, then operations, around the clock.
Four things you can check before the story goes on
A private AI operating system is a big promise, and many vendors use similar words. So here are four claims you can verify without us, stated as facts rather than as marketing copy.
Your system runs in Germany, in your own data centre or in a named zone fixed in the contract. The house that no byte leaves is not a metaphor, it is an address.
ISO 27001 and SOC 2 Type II, documented with auditor and date, viewable on the Security page.
We prefer models with open weights. What runs in your building, you can take with you if you ever need to, with or without us.
Operations come with fixed response and service times, documented on the Service Level page.
Two ways into the house, depending on where you stand
Companies come to a private AI operating system from two very different starting points, and the questions that need answering first are not the same. So we treat the two ways separately.
Today: your data travels to the cloud, and the pilots stay in the lab
Every request to a cloud AI takes documents, mail and customer records outside with it, and every one of them costs, per token, per user, per month. Even so, according to a widely cited 2025 analysis, only 5 percent of custom built AI tools reach production, while 20 percent stall at the pilot stage. The bottleneck is not the model. It is data maturity, fitting the tool into daily work, and who runs it afterwards. Those three things are exactly what we do, and they start with the data staying in the house.
The AI moves in with you: three parts of a private AI operating system
Instead of a line to the outside, from tomorrow there is a system in the house. Models, knowledge and answers stay where they belong. Our offer has three parts that together make up that system, and that can also be ordered separately.
Private AI infrastructure
The first part is private AI infrastructure: language models that run in your data centre or in a named zone, with no billing per request and not one byte leaving your network. This includes connecting the model to your existing systems, such as a document archive or an ERP system, so it works with real, current data.
Delivery on a fixed date
The second part is delivery on a fixed date. We build the first use case together with you, from the assessment through to productive operation, at a price fixed in writing after that assessment. This includes AI agents that take over one specific, recurring process inside your building.
Operations after go-live
The third part is operations after go-live. A system that works once still needs maintenance, monitoring and someone reachable when it fails. Without this part, even the best system loses quality over time as data sources change and new exceptions appear. We take this on for good, around the clock.
Integration: every interface docks on, nothing drains out
Email, calendar, ERP, file storage and chat are connected to the agent in the building. The data flows to it, and stops there. The path from first idea to that running system has four fixed steps with us.
Assessment
We look at your data, your systems and the specific process you want to automate, and establish what is technically and legally possible and which interfaces the agent needs for it.
Pilot
From the assessment we build a first working version in your environment, which your team can use and evaluate internally before any larger decisions get made.
Rollout
The pilot becomes a productive system, connected into your existing workflows, with the access rights and audit trails your company requires.
Operations
After the rollout we keep running the system, cancellable monthly after a minimum term, at the service tiers described on the Service Level page.
What it costs to get started, and what operating in the house is priced on
The exact price is only fixed in writing after the assessment, because it depends on data volume, use case and existing infrastructure, not a flat size bracket for your company. What can be said early: a system in your own building does not cost more with every request. For orientation, here are the entry prices: from 4,900 euros for the pilot, from 9,900 euros for the rollout, from 248 euros per month for operations.
The full pricing structure with the terms for each package is on the pricing page. If you want to compare owning it yourself against billing per request with actual numbers, there is a worked example at cost comparison.
Proof, not references, while approvals are pending
We do not have customer references we are allowed to show publicly at this point, so instead of holding you off with anonymised claims you cannot verify, we point you to what you can check yourself, without filling out a form.

Named customer references are in preparation and will appear here once the relevant approvals are in place. Until then, we would rather say plainly that they are missing than paper over the gap with vague language.
We know the processes that cost you time in your sector
Whether manufacturing, logistics, financial services or healthcare, every sector has recurring processes that suit AI agents, and every sector has its own requirements around them. In logistics that is often matching delivery notes against orders, in financial services the pre-screening of applications, and in healthcare the structured analysis of documentation under especially strict data protection requirements. An AI agent in the building takes on exactly such processes, without client files, patient records or drawings ever leaving the network. See Industries for an overview of 16 sectors with the typical use cases in each.
Around the clock: agents work while you sleep. So do operations.
Scheduled and recurring work runs at night, at the weekend, every day, and not one byte leaves the house. To keep it that way, operations is a standalone commitment with its own guarantees, not the part most vendors leave out of the sale.
| Commitment | What it means |
|---|---|
| Response time | Staggered by severity, see Service Level. |
| Service hours | Business hours or extended, by agreement. |
| Model maintenance | Ongoing updates and review of the models in use. |
| Regulation | Ongoing tracking against the EU AI Act, GDPR and sector-specific duties. |

Frequently asked questions
Your people get their time back. Let us talk about it for 30 minutes.
The story does not end in a data centre, it ends with your people: agents are shared with departments, the machine takes the routine, people turn to customers, ideas and decisions. In 30 minutes we clarify three things, not a product demo, but a concrete conversation about your case: which process in your company costs the most time, which data must never leave your building under any circumstances, and who on your side decides on a project like this. If a form suits you better, use the contact form with four short questions and we follow up with a proposed date.
