The Problem

The client offers market researchers the opportunity to interact live with respondents and conduct surveys. The problem was that creating campaigns was very time-consuming and results were not visualized for easy analysis. Furthermore, the market researcher could not see which users from which regions were currently available for a quick survey.

The Solution

An interactive live map of users was created to give researchers a quick overview of currently available resources. Furthermore, the so-called Survey Generator was created. The market research customer now has the option of setting up and launching a campaign with prefabricated components in under 5 minutes (time target) using a modular system. The new Survey Analysis module also created the possibility of visually summarizing the results of a campaign.
